HOW TO BOOK A MAJORCA TOUR OR EXCURSION?

a- If you are directly in the HomePage of the Web, please, MouseOver the Majorca map you´ll see at the top of the left black colomn. Clic on the region (North, South... ect.) you are staying in Majorca and will see all available Majorca TOUR & EXCURSIONS for that zone.

 

b- If you are on an inside page of the web, Please, Clic on the TRIP AND EXCURSIONS section in the green main manu to get to the Majorca map. MouseOver the Majorca map and select the region you are staying in Majorca for reach the list of available Majorca Excursions and Tours to the region in which you stay and will see all available Majorca TOUR & EXCURSIONS for that zone.

 

Read carefully the options list we offer in the table or directory.  Click on the title of each Tour or Excursion in Majorca you´d like to see all Tour Details and acces to the complete information on the selected tour or excursion. Either this will open in a separate page. Do not close it, will be more comfortable to see and compare different options in order to make the best choice. 

 

Well, you already have more information on each Majorca excursion or Tour. If want to booking it, just fill the form you see at the right side of each Tour or Excursion Page and send it. If capacity for selected date you will be sent to a secure PayPal page to make payment. That´s it!.

 

RECOMMENDATION: Please send a booking request for each route or tour you want to book. It is for us very important not to miss any detail and we must process all applications to ensure that they do not overbook tour and you'll receive exactly what you request and pay. Furthermore, you will receive a code on each e-Voucher that you will need it at the moment of the excursion.

 

If capacity you will receive an email confirmation of your request and will be sent to a secure PayPal page to make the payment and complete the booking official. You will receive another email confirming that the PayPal payment have been made.

 

Before 3 days after the payment you will then receive an email with the e-Voucher with your reservation number and other important data. It is important that you print the e-Voucher and bring it with you to Mallorca. You need to show this document to our staff that will assist you once in Majorca. In the same document will receive additional contact details if you want to personally confirm, but only verification thereby accept up to 3 days before the selected tour date. The complete itinerary and PickUp point for excursion will be included and detailed in that e-Voucher. You can also show an electronic copy of that document in your phone or tablet to our staff agent in Mallorca the day that the Tour or Excursion will take place. You can send this ticket to the email of all people that are included in the booking, so that you always have it in your phones. We accept that electronic copy of that document (e-Voucher).

Please, note that adults and parents will have to sit babies on their knees or share the seat on the coach and other spaces or places. 

 

WHAT DO YOU MEAN AN ALECTRONIC VOUCHER? 

This is a ticket issued by our booking pages in the website in which you can find all details of your booking, the above referred number and some other pertinent datas. This document is what you should PRINT or keep in your phone to give to our staff the day of your Majorca tour, excursion or activity.  

 

If you do not get the e-Voucher by email after 3 days of the tour booking and payment, please contact us and let us know about it by e-mail. We automatically will send you an e-mail with the copy of your e-Voucher. 

 

Once you have completed the payment, you will get a confirmation email letting you know that you have made your reservation. When you have completed this final phase, you should check your email where we will send you your electronic voucher with your booking number. 

 

PICK UP POINTS

The information of the pick up point and time for your route or excursion from the area or zone that you are staying in Mallorca will be included into the e-Voucher that we´ll send to your email after you make the booking payment.

 

Depending on the area you are hosted and the Majorca excursion or tour you have booked we assign you one point for pick up. We will choose one point that is near where you are staying. So that we need you to tell us about the place you are staying, in the request form (no worry, it is obligatory in the form). The collection point is assigned and confirmed by e-mail after making the reservation and confirmation. All the collection points are well located and will be well explained in the e-Voucher. In case you lost that information and once in Majorca  you are not even sure, please call us (at that time We already gave you our Phone Numbers in the confirmation email, of course) or send us an e-mail and we will let you know about it. We love personalized attention...  So, do not worry if need to call us. That is another thing that makes difference between us and others.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATIONS?
Of course, you can change them. You will see that our system lets you keep the reservation form and then return to it to complete it at another time. You will also see even that you can change your reservation date as many times as you want, but pay attention on the day of the week. Not be charged for these operations and should not worry about it while it is not made during the last 7 days prior to the route, excursion or tour. But, please, know that all changes are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that other date could be available. On the other hand also note that we do much emphasis on that during the 7days before to make the Majorca excursion or tour we should not recommend you to make any changes. In that case we do not give guarantee.
